We are looking for people to join our Associate Network, and take an active role in delivering our development programmes for care leaders, and our consultancy and support offers across social care and health.

We work all over England, with people from different places, backgrounds and experience. We especially welcome expressions of interest from people who reflect this diversity.

Additional information

Each consultant working with us would need to be able to demonstrate:

  • A recognised qualification in coaching or facilitation and/or significant experience in working with groups of people as a trainer or consultant.
  • Experience of working in health and/or social care.
  • Experience of leadership development.
  • An understanding of action research and data capture.
  • An understanding of relationship centred approaches.
  • Experience/developing experience of delivering relational based programmes through virtual as well as face to face training methods.
  • Curiosity about, and capacity to reflect, My Home Life founding principles and to model them when working as part of the My Home Life England team.
