We’re recruiting a Programme Manager covering the South of England
Join our team as Programme Manager South!
The Programme Manager (South) role is an exciting post with a focus on co-ordinating and delivering our professional support and development programmes for care sector leaders.
Part of the role will be working with our associates and facilitator team, supporting the development of positive practice, innovation and quality of life within care homes and other care settings.
The postholder will be working with key stakeholders across health and social care in the South of England.
The post holder will have excellent knowledge of health and social care and its relevance to care homes and other care settings.
The post holder should have experience of running and organising local workshops as a facilitator, with a focus on coaching and development. The ability to work flexibly, outside of core hours and travel extensively will also be required.
This post is part-time – minimum 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week)
Salary = £41,732 – 48,350 per annum, pro rata
