Make a difference to quality of life in care services: We’re recruiting a National Programme Manager

We have a rare opportunity to join our small, dynamic team, to really make a difference to the lives of care leaders and those that they support!

We’re recruiting a National Programme Manager to help us spread our impact across England, particularly in supporting care leaders to deliver their complex role.

They will lead on overseeing the growth of our bespoke and proven development programmes across England, including design, delivery, marketing and communications activities, responding to tenders/ funding calls and representing My Home Life England at a national level in meetings and conferences. There are opportunities to be creative, to engage with research, and to have real influence across health and social care.

The successful candidate will have significant social care experience and knowledge, including an understanding of commissioning structures that influence social care delivery. Experience in developing relationships with national and local stakeholders and a track record of business development and bid writing are all desirable.
