My Home Life is strongly committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. Our guiding principles help to address human rights in care homes: Developing best practice together, Focusing on relationships, Being Appreciative and Having caring conversations.

My Home Life England values how Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic residents, relatives and staff enrich community life in care homes. We are aware of the unequal impact of COVID-19 on these communities and remain concerned for your wellbeing at this difficult time. We are interested in hearing stories about what others have done to help you feel safe, so that we can share best practice more widely.

Your stories of best practice will also help us to reflect on how we can bring more focus on equality, diversity and human rights overall, and specifically regarding COVID-19 and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.
