5 new Associates have joined our network!

We’re delighted to introduce our newest My Home Life England Associates!

Our Associates support the delivery of our Professional Support and Development Programmes to care leaders across England.

All are highly experienced facilitators, bringing a range of different backgrounds, qualifications and expertise into our team.

Alison Kilduff

Alison is a psychologist, consultant, facilitator and coach, with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sector. Alison specialises in work to create authentic and resilient leaders, who foster inclusive workplaces.

Melanie Saywell

Melanie is a facilitator, practitioner and trainer. She’s held leadership roles in adult social care and in hospitality over the last 25 years. Now Melanie’s focus is on supporting leaders to be their best, to lead well, and to create great workplace cultures.

Natalie Morris

Natalie is a coach and facilitator with both leadership and frontline experience in the care sector. Natalie is passionate about delivering amazing person centred care, and supporting care leaders and care teams to enhance their personal development.

Sara Hatta

Sara is a transformational coach and strengths profile practitioner, with a background in mental health training and voluntary sector management. Sara has 20 years’ experience supporting community groups and key service leaders in personal development, mental health awareness, and meaningful culture change.

Suzanne Wightman

Suzanne is a registered nurse, facilitator and qualified coach. Suzanne has extensive experience in practice and leadership development, quality improvement and in supporting staff teams.
