This 2-hour online workshop is designed for care home leaders who want to enhance quality of life for older people, by engaging with findings from the UK’s largest qualitative study into the experiences of older people living in care homes – ‘Thriving in Residential Care’.

CQC requires care homes to demonstrate that they are using the most up-to-date evidence to support their practice.

In the session you will:

• Reflect on the 6 key ‘Thriving’ themes
• Explore how to apply them in your own care service to improve service quality
• Take away practical tools and tips aligned with the CQC’s single assessment framework
