We engage leaders and teams to design programmes that shine a light on what is working well within the service, building confidence to respond to change.
We focus on the strengths that people who live, work in and visit care settings have to grow positive practice and embed innovation. We will spend time exploring with the organisation’s leadership team what is working well, to understand how the values of the organisation have been developed and what the vision is for the organisation at its best.
We will work with you to develop a programme of support for people across the organisation, or focus on a particular group or team that you want to invest in.
We provide you with some ideas to support small tests of change and reflect on what might help people to continue to flourish and grow.
