The NCL Care Leaders Group continues to grow and flourish!
Recently formed through our Advanced Care Leaders Programme, the ‘North Central London Care Leaders Group’ is a movement of experienced social care leaders who came together to give care providers a stronger voice, and to play a strategic role in supporting improvements across their local Integrated Care System.
We’re delighted that the group now has more than 50 members!
They recently held their first CPD session, led by Geoffrey Odur — a recent graduate of our March 2025 programme.
The session brought together care leaders from care homes, home care, and supported living services, for meaningful conversations around collaboration, vision, and system change.
Geoffrey said:
“We, the NCL Care Leaders, had a dynamic first CPD session, supported by Tom and Christine from My Home Life England. We engaged in ground-breaking discussions, setting bold priorities for the group to drive forward in partnership with the NCL Integrated Care System. Our next CPD will be in September 2025. There’s plenty of work to do in the meantime. Let’s keep the momentum going and work together to transform social care!”
It’s fantastic to see these inspiring care leaders growing into system leaders, empowering their colleagues, collaborating with their local ICS, and being recognised for their potential to shape the future of care!
