We work across England, delivering our professional support and development programmes and bespoke support offers to leaders of care services.
Our 2026 Programmes
We are currently running professional support and development programmes in:
- Cheshire West
- Liverpool
- Central Bedfordshire
- Luton
- Suffolk
- Essex
- Thurrock
- London
- Surrey
Our programmes are for leaders of social care services, including residential and nursing care homes, homecare services, supported living services, and learning disability support services.
We work with those in leadership roles, including managers, deputies, team leaders and senior carers.
Where we worked in 2025
In 2025 we delivered 19 programmes and bespoke support offers across England and launched a further 12.
This included work in:

More than 230 care leaders completed a My Home Life England programme, and we worked with leaders from across the care sector – care homes, homecare, supported living services and learning disability providers.
