My Home Life

Our vision is a world where all care homes for older people are great places to live, die, visit and work.

Older people and Relatives

COOKERY_017

As a resident or a relative of someone living in a care home, you are in an ideal position to have an opinion on your good quality of life and how good practice can help to support this.

We are always on the lookout for great stories from people living in and visiting care homes. If you would like to share a ‘good practice’ story, please get in touch: mhl@city.ac.uk or give Jess on the My Home Life team a ring on 020 7040 0260.

We share your stories of good practice on our blog, through email updates, and on our Twitter and Facebook. We also sometimes use them in resources that we send out to care homes across the country.
