My Home Life Wiltshire

My Home Life is developing an 18-month programme of work with care homes in Wiltshire in partnership with Wiltshire County Council. The work begins in the New Year and will support better commissioning within Wiltshire and work in care homes to roll-out the evidence base for quality of life.
