Our vision is a world where all care homes for older people are great places to live, die, visit and work.

Working across four nations

Across the UK there are teams working in each nation to deliver the shared My Home Life vision – of a world where care homes are great places to live, work, visit and die.

Given the differences in the social care, political and policy systems between the nations of the United Kingdom, having separate teams is vital. Each team works directly with their own relevant stakeholders.

The four nations continually share knowledge and experiences across borders and work together on UK-wide initiatives.
